We had a great time at this luxurious hotel! The location by the lake, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, was absolutely stunning. The service at this place was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry all available. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and the room amenities were excellent. We had everything we needed, from ironing facilities and a mini-bar to a comfortable sitting area and a terrace with garden furniture. The room was well-equipped and the free toiletries were a nice touch. We also enjoyed watching the flat-screen TV and the carpeted floor added a cozy touch. The dining options were great, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area serving delicious food, including a satisfying breakfast. The picnic area was a great spot for enjoying a meal outdoors and the staff even made arrangements for us to find a hire car on a Sunday.
We had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to families.

We had an enjoyable stay with lovely hotel facilities by the beautiful pine forest and lake. Cleanliness was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and breakfast.

Great location close to a pine forest. The scent of the trees was so calming and it was the perfect place to recharge and relax. It was easy to get around from this location, with many local attractions nearby. The room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed. The restaurant had a really nice and varied menu of local cuisine.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful. They seemed to be annoyed at times when we asked for help or assistance. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and we struggled to connect to it. The hotel had very basic amenities and the wellness area was an additional and expensive fee. Additionally, we didn't feel very welcome during our stay and it put a damper on our entire city trip experience.

Located amidst a beautiful pine forest, this hotel offers an ideal escape for adventure travelers seeking serenity. Surrounded by the lush green forests, it is a treat for nature lovers. the rooms and bathrooms are spotless and right up to the mark. A wide range of breakfast items is offered every morning that makes for a perfect start to the day. the spa facilities are well equipped and the massages are excellent. the outdoor pool is surrounded by stunning views.
Some staff members could be more friendly and approachable, which can be a minor downside.
